📦 Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Saturday).

• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

🚚 Shipping Time

We deliver across India using trusted delivery partners.

Typical delivery time:

• Metros: 3–5 working days

• Tier 1 & Tier 2 Cities: 4–7 working days

• Remote Locations: 7–10 working days

Deliveries may be delayed during festivals, holidays, or unavoidable logistics issues.

💰 Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping: Calculated at checkout

• Free shipping offers may be available on selected products or order value thresholds

📍 Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• You will receive a tracking ID via email/SMS

• You can track your shipment on the courier partner’s website

📦 Delivery Attempts

If the courier partner is unable to deliver:

• They will make 1–2 additional attempts

• If all attempts fail, the package will be returned to us

• Re-shipping charges may apply

🔄 Damaged / Tampered Packages

If your package is:

• Damaged

• Tampered

• Leaking

• Open upon delivery

Please do not accept the package.
