1. Order Processing Time

• Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Saturday).
• Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Time

We deliver across India through trusted courier partners.

Estimated delivery timelines:

• Metro cities: 3–5 working days
• Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities: 4–7 working days
• Remote locations: 7–10 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by festivals, holidays, weather conditions, or unforeseen logistics issues.

3. Shipping Charges

• Standard shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
• Free shipping may be offered on select products or for orders above a specified value.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

• A tracking ID will be shared via email or SMS.
• You can track your shipment directly through the courier partner’s website.

5. Delivery Attempts

• If delivery is unsuccessful, the courier partner will typically make one or two additional attempts.
• If all delivery attempts fail, the package will be returned to us.
• Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch of the order.

6. Damaged or Tampered Packages

If your package appears damaged, tampered with, leaking, or open at the time of delivery:

• Do not accept the package.
• Take clear photographs as evidence.
• Inform us within 48 hours of the delivery attempt.

We will review the case and arrange a replacement or refund, as applicable.

7. Shipping Restrictions

• We currently deliver only within India.
